The blocking SQL tab of the history viewer display blocking sql statements over the course of the log file.
The graph at the top displays the number of blocking statements at a point in time, the grid at the bottom shows the blocking statements.
Clicking on a statement in the grid will display the entire statement in the textbox at the bottom of the screen.
